pakgae Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pakgae", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the pakgae platform, its operating company, and all affiliated entities holding the international gaming licence under which the platform operates.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pakgae platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the pakgae website accessible at pakgae.net, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated applications.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the pakgae registration process.
• "Balance" refers to real-money PKR funds deposited into and held within a player's pakgae account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bets, free spins, cashback, or any other non-cash incentive granted to a player by pakgae under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by our licensing obligations, conducted using CNIC documentation.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole transactional currency on the pakgae platform.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statute or regulation includes any amendment or re-enactment thereof.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pakgae. By completing the registration process, logging into an existing account, or otherwise using any part of the pakgae platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions along with our Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms & Conditions. In such a case, references to "you" shall apply to that person or entity.

pakgae reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

To register and maintain an account on pakgae, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person, not a corporation or other legal entity acting in a personal capacity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. pakgae enforces strict 21+ age verification across all products and services. Access to the platform by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your valid CNIC number, your date of birth, and a current, valid email address and mobile number.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which access to online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of pakgae or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or service providers.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the pakgae platform or on any other platform that shares data with pakgae under its responsible gaming obligations.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. pakgae reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions or balances associated with them.

pakgae reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the registration process or at any subsequent point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pakgae will result in account suspension and, if applicable, withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pakgae account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

pakgae will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from pakgae that requests your account password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pakgae support immediately at [email protected]. pakgae will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving such a notification, but shall not be liable for any losses incurred prior to the notification being received and acted upon.

All deposits on the pakgae platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. pakgae does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which pakgae accepts no responsibility.

Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, and Mastercard. pakgae reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The payment method used belongs to you and is registered in your name, consistent with the name on your pakgae account.
• The funds deposited are not proceeds of illegal activity and are not subject to any encumbrance, lien, or third-party claim.
• You are depositing for the purpose of legitimate entertainment and not for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.

pakgae operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Any deposits that trigger AML thresholds may be subject to enhanced due diligence checks, including requests for source-of-funds documentation. Deposits that cannot be verified to pakgae's satisfaction may be returned to the originating payment method and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Deposits are generally credited to accounts in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method. pakgae is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network outages.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. pakgae does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods not previously used for deposits, or accounts registered in a different name to the pakgae account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within the same business day. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method and the player's bank or mobile wallet provider.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, pakgae may require the following:

• Completion of full KYC verification, including CNIC front and back, selfie verification, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Confirmation that all active wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds have been fully met.
• Satisfactory completion of any pending AML checks.

pakgae reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of any responsible gaming, AML, fraud, or KYC review. Where a withdrawal is withheld for these reasons, pakgae will notify the player within five (5) business days.

pakgae offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus funds.

General bonus terms applicable across all pakgae promotions include:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except upon satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
• Only one promotional offer may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the offer terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them at the expiry of the promotional period.
• pakgae reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, subject to honouring obligations already incurred.
• The use of multiple accounts, collusion between players, exploitation of software errors, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion and may result in account closure.

Players who register using the pakgae platform are responsible for reading and understanding the full terms of any bonus before opting in. Claims of ignorance of bonus terms will not be accepted as grounds for an exception to any bonus condition.

All bets placed on the pakgae platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface. Sports betting market rules are displayed within the relevant betting market prior to bet placement.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the pakgae system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. pakgae reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• A bet was placed on an event that had already concluded at the time of placement due to a system or data feed error.
• Incorrect odds were published as a result of a manifest error, pricing error, or data feed malfunction.
• A bet is found to have been placed in conjunction with a criminal offence, match-fixing activity, or any other form of sporting corruption.
• The player is found to have been in breach of these Terms & Conditions at the time the bet was placed.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the result as confirmed by the relevant official governing body shall be final. pakgae's decision on such matters, made in good faith and based on available official information, shall be binding.

Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all products on the pakgae platform. These limits are displayed within each product area. pakgae reserves the right to restrict bet sizes on individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pakgae platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account or identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to guarantee outcomes or manipulate game results in live casino settings.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in pricing, or system malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime using the pakgae platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pakgae staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to pakgae's systems, servers, or databases.

pakgae reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and transactions, and to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where applicable, prohibited conduct may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on the pakgae platform — including but not limited to the pakgae brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pakgae or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pakgae platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the pakgae platform.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or system forming part of the platform.
• Use the pakgae name, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written consent from pakgae.

Any unauthorised use of pakgae's intellectual property may result in legal action and/or account closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakgae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the pakgae platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

pakgae's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pakgae does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While pakgae takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform stability, temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control does not give rise to any liability on pakgae's part.

pakgae is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products and services available on the platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. pakgae strongly encourages all players to set personal limits and to seek help if gambling begins to negatively affect their daily lives, relationships, or financial wellbeing.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified pakgae account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or mandatory log-out after a defined session duration.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing how long you have been playing and your net result for the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the pakgae platform. Short-term exclusions can be set for periods of 24 hours to six months. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of five years.

pakgae reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or request from a competent law enforcement authority.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with the player's registered identity or location.

Where an account is closed by pakgae for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the last verified withdrawal method within ten (10) business days.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, pakgae reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent or prohibited means will be forfeited.

Players may also voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting pakgae support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to any pending KYC, AML, or wagering requirement obligations.

pakgae reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pakgae will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the pakgae platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you should immediately cease using the platform and contact pakgae support to request voluntary account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pakgae holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any conflict between the laws of that jurisdiction and applicable Pakistani law, the parties agree to resolve such conflict in good faith through negotiation.

In the event of a dispute between you and pakgae arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform, you should first contact pakgae's customer support team at [email protected]. pakgae is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly through its internal complaints procedure.

If the internal complaints procedure does not result in a resolution satisfactory to you within thirty (30) days, you may escalate the dispute to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by pakgae's licensing authority. Details of this body are available upon request from pakgae support.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in Pakistan.
